The Changing Light, Lurraga (acrylic on two canvases) €250 The artist Owen Jeffries gave me these canvases and I meant to paint some portraits on them. But in high summer the view from our gorse hill forced me to dig them out and paint a quick light study, looking out towards the Twelve Pins in Galway. Funny that when I lived in London I could almost see the Twelve Pins pub in Finsbury Park from our upstairs window. I have a painting of that, too, but it's packed away in a loft in North London. << Back
